Welcome to undresspo69rn.com undresspo69rn.com is a web-based platform that leverages artificial intelligence to allow Users to create and edit Images. The Program allows Users to create User Generated Content according to their specification and preference through various AI-powered tools. ## 2. Key Definitions Agreement: means the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service including any policies or documents incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Statement and Content Policy. Content: broadly refers to the information or substance conveyed through various forms of expression, including text, images, audio, video, and other digital media. Digital Forgery: means an Intimate Visual Depiction created through technological means. Gem: refers to a fungible digital token that may be acquired either through purchase using cryptocurrency or via Telegram-integrated services, or by claiming daily allocations through a free collection mechanism, that are used to create, unlock or enhance User Generated Content on the Platform. Identifiable Individual: means an individual who appears in whole or in part in a Visual Depiction and whose face, likeness, or other distinguishing characteristics is displayed in connection with such Visual Depiction. Image: means both still images and video. Minor: means any individual under the age of 18 years. Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII): means any Intimate Image or Intimate Visual Depiction of an Identifiable Individual that is Distributed, published or otherwise made available without the individual's knowledge or consent. Reference Image: means an Image of a consenting individual that is uploaded by a User to the Service for the purpose of enabling the Program to generate Image based on that individual's person's likeness. User Generated Content: means the output of the Program generated solely by a User of the Program based on what they upload and the description of the image they input. ## 3. Right to Access the Service On the User agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, UNDRESS AI grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Program for all legal purposes, on the terms and conditions contained herein. ## 4. Service Description UNDRESS AI is a web-based platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to allow Users to create and edit Images. The Platform allows Users to generate both Sexually Explicit Content and Non-Sexually Explicit Content according to their specifications and preferences through various AI-powered tools. UNDRESS AI is not the producer of any of the Content created by the Program. UNDRESS AI's activities are limited to the hosting of the Program, creating tools for Users to use, transmission, retrieval, and formatting of text-to-image conversions and Image creations generated by third-party Users. The Program offers tools for AI-powered Image creation, Image editing and Image generation. Features may be added or removed at any time at Our sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, no Images (both Sexually Explicit and Non-Sexually Explicit) appearing on the Website depict actual human beings. All Visual Depictions created by Users are synthesized through artificial intelligence algorithms. ## 5. Accounts, Gems and Prices To use the Service, Users must create an account. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all Content that is generated using it. You agree to immediately notify UNDRESS AI of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Service operates on a 'Gem' based system where the User purchases a number of Gems. The Program will deduct the number of Gems from the User's account depending on the type of Image created. Gems can be purchased in packages through the Platform or acquired through special promotions. Users may be eligible to receive complimentary Gems on signing up to the Service. We accept payment through cryptocurrency. By purchasing Gems the User represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are displayed in the currency shown and do not include any taxes or fees that may apply in the Country where you use the Service. UNDRESS AI reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any changes to pricing will not affect previously purchased Gems. ## 6. Refund Policy Once Gems have been spent on content generation or other features, they cannot be refunded as computational resources have been consumed in the process. Cryptocurrency: Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for cryptocurrency payments are generally not available. Technical Issue Refunds: In the event of a technical issue that results in Gems being deducted without the corresponding Service being provided, UNDRESS AI may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund of the affected Gems or issue replacement Gems. ## 7. User Representations and Warranties By uploading any Content including Reference Images to the Program, the User represents and warrants that: - 5: They will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any unlawful activity. - 4: Their use of the Program will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Country where they access it from. - 3: Any Content uploaded does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights. - 2: They have the explicit written consent of any person appearing in any Reference Image that they upload. - 1: They own or have the necessary rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize UNDRESS AI to use all Intellectual Property rights in and to any Content uploaded. ## 8. Email: goinservice@hotmail.com ### 8.1 Purpose This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of undresspo69rn.com's AI content generation services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violation may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement where required. ### 8.2 Prohibited Content You may NOT upload, create, or generate content that includes or depicts: ### 8.2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors (persons under 18 years of age), including AI-generated, cartoon, or simulated depictions. This includes but is not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or sexualized poses involving minors. ### 8.2.2 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery Any intimate, sexual, or nude imagery of any person created or shared without their explicit consent. This includes "deepfake" pornography, "revenge porn", and AI-generated intimate imagery using a person's likeness without consent. ### 8.2.3 Violence and Gore Content depicting realistic violence, mutilation, torture, dismemberment, or graphic injuries to humans or animals. This includes AI-generated content showing explosions of body parts, shootings, or other acts of violence. ### 8.2.4 Unauthorized Use of Likenesses Content featuring identifiable individuals (including celebrities, public figures, or private persons) without their authorization, particularly content that could be defamatory, harassing, or misleading about that person's actions or statements. ### 8.2.5 Hate Speech and Harassment Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics. ### 8.2.6 Illegal Activities Content promoting, facilitating, or depicting illegal activities including but not limited to fraud, terrorism, drug trafficking, weapons, or any activity that violates applicable laws. ### 8.2.7 Copyright Infringement Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted images, videos, music, or other creative works without proper authorization. ### 8.3 Your Responsibilities By uploading content to our platform, you represent and warrant that: - e: You will not use our services to harass, defame, or harm any individual - d: The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights - c: The content does not depict any person under 18 years of age in any inappropriate context - b: If the content depicts identifiable individuals, you have obtained their explicit written consent - a: You own or have all necessary rights and permissions to use the uploaded content ### 8.4 Enforcement and Consequences Violations of this Policy will result in: - e: Cooperation with legal proceedings and preservation of evidence - d: Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by law (particularly for CSAM) - c: Forfeiture of any unused subscription credits without refund - b: Suspension or permanent termination of your account - a: Immediate removal of violating content ### 8.5 Reporting Violations If you encounter content that violates this Policy, please report it immediately to: goinservice@hotmail.com. Reports involving CSAM will be immediately referred to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies. By using undresspo69rn.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. ## 9. Content Policy UNDRESS AI uses an Age and Gender Estimation AI Model to detect Images of Minors (being people in Images uploaded that are under 18 years of age). When using Facial Reference Technology available through the Service, Users may only use their own face, AI generated faces, or the face of someone who has provided their express, written consent. ### 9.1 Automated Screening (Pre-Publication) - 4: Flagged content is held pending review; user is notified of delay - 3: Generated content passes through nudity and violence detection before delivery to user - 2: Images flagged by automated systems are blocked from processing and queued for human review - 1: All uploaded images pass through automated CSAM detection systems (including PhotoDNA and Google SafeSearch API technologies) ### 9.2 Human Review Process - 4: Escalation path to senior staff exists for ambiguous cases - 3: Review decisions are logged with: reviewer ID, timestamp, decision, and rationale - 2: Reviewers are trained on prohibited content categories and legal obligations - 1: Designated Trust & Safety team reviews flagged content within 24 hours ### 9.3 User Reports Handling - 4: All reports logged in incident management system - 3: Other reports: Review within 48 hours, reporter notified of outcome - 2: CSAM reports: Immediate escalation, content preserved for law enforcement, account suspended pending investigation - 1: Reports can be submitted via goinservice@hotmail.com or through in-app reporting mechanisms ### 9.4 Severity Classification - LOW (5 Business Days): Policy clarifications, minor Terms of Service violations - MEDIUM (48 Hours): Copyright violations, unauthorized likeness use - HIGH (Same Day): Non-consensual intimate imagery, violent content, hate speech - CRITICAL (Immediate Action): CSAM, terrorism, imminent violence threats ### 9.5 Record Keeping - 4: Monthly moderation reports generated for compliance review - 3: User account data preserved for terminated accounts - 2: Violating content hash values stored (content itself deleted except where legally required) - 1: All moderation decisions retained for minimum 7 years ## 10. Zero-Tolerance for Uploading Reference Images of Minors Uploading, attempting to edit, create, generate or upload a written description of a Minor to be created using the Program involving Minors (real or simulated), is strictly prohibited and will be blocked when it is detected. Where the Program detects that a User has attempted to upload an Image of a Minor: the User's action will be blocked; a log of the User's actions will be kept on our servers for up to seven (7) years and made available to law enforcement on request; the Images and/or written description will be immediately deleted and not stored by UNDRESS AI. ## 11. Express Prohibitions Users must not upload, create, generate, or request any Content that is illegal or could cause harm, including but not limited to: - 14: Content that promotes terrorism or incites violence against individuals or groups - 13: Non-consensual Intimate Images or videos - 12: Content depicting sexualized or suggestive images of fictional minors - 11: Content involving bestiality or sexual acts with animals - 10: Content depicting brutal fights, graphic injuries, or human death - 9: Content involving false impersonation or identity theft - 8: Content that is fraudulent or deceptive, including false information or attempts to exploit others - 7: Content that violates anyone's intellectual property or other rights - 6: Content depicting rape, sexual assault, or domestic abuse - 5: Content involving child abuse or exploitation, including any Images, videos, or artistic depictions of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts - 4: Content promoting or encouraging suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders - 3: Content depicting violent acts, suffering, or humiliation of others - 2: Content mocking, threatening, or bullying individuals - 1: Content promoting or expressing hate based on identity, using hateful symbols, negative stereotypes, or comparisons of certain groups to animals or objects ## 12. Consequences of Breach UNDRESS AI takes violations of this Agreement seriously and has implemented comprehensive enforcement procedures to protect Users and comply with all applicable laws. Violations will result in immediate action as outlined below. ### 12.1 Standard Content Removal Process For violations not involving CSAM or other critical content, the following process applies: - Step 7: Account action taken per enforcement policy (warning/suspension/termination) - Step 6: User notified of removal and policy violation - Step 5: Hash value of content added to internal blocklist - Step 4: Content permanently deleted from all systems - Step 3: Human reviewer confirms violation classification - Step 2: Content immediately hidden from public view (if applicable) - Step 1: Content identified as violating through automated detection or user report ### 12.2 CSAM Emergency Procedure (MANDATORY) This procedure is legally required under federal law (18 U.S.C. 搂 2258A) and applies to any Content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including Images of Minors or attempts to create such Content. - WITHIN 24 HOURS: 鈥?Complete NCMEC report with all available data 鈥?Preserve server logs, IP addresses, account creation data 鈥?Notify acquirer/payment processor of incident 鈥?Document all actions taken with timestamps - IMMEDIATE ACTION (Within 1 Hour): 鈥?Suspend user account immediately 鈥?Preserve ALL user data and content (do NOT delete) 鈥?File CyberTipline report with NCMEC (https://report.cybertip.org) 鈥?Escalate to designated Compliance Officer ### 12.3 Law Enforcement Cooperation UNDRESS AI maintains a comprehensive cooperation framework with law enforcement agencies: - 5: All law enforcement interactions documented with timestamps and case identifiers - 4: Emergency disclosure without legal process permitted for imminent danger situations - 3: Data preservation requests honored for 90 days minimum - 2: Valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders) responded to within required timeframes - 1: Designated Legal Contact for law enforcement requests: goinservice@hotmail.com ### 12.4 User Account Termination If the Program detects repeated attempts by a User to upload Images of Minors or words describing them to create prohibited content, or if the User breaches this Agreement in any material way, the following actions will be taken: - 8: Legal action may be pursued for egregious violations - 7: No refunds issued for policy violations - 6: User prohibited from creating new accounts on the Platform - 5: User added to internal blocklist (email, payment information, device fingerprint) - 4: All associated accounts identified and terminated - 3: User's right to access the Program will be terminated - 2: Balance of Gems in the User's account will be immediately forfeited with no refund - 1: User account will be immediately and permanently suspended ### 12.5 Record Retention Requirements To comply with legal obligations and support law enforcement investigations, UNDRESS AI retains the following records for a minimum of seven (7) years: - 8: Account termination records and associated violations - 7: Hash values of violating content (content itself deleted except where legally required) - 6: Law enforcement request documentation - 5: IP addresses and access logs - 4: Moderation decisions and appeal records - 3: Upload consent acknowledgments - 2: Payment and transaction records - 1: User registration data (name, email, phone, ID verification if collected) ### 12.6 General Enforcement Authority UNDRESS AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if We have reason to believe, or have been put on notice by a third party that the User is breaching this Agreement or using the Program for any illegal purpose including but not limited to: 鈥?Creating and distributing Non-Consensual Intimate Images 鈥?Attempting to circumvent content moderation systems 鈥?Engaging in fraudulent activities 鈥?Violating intellectual property rights 鈥?Threatening, harassing, or abusing other Users or staff 鈥?Any other violation of this Agreement or applicable laws ## 13. Data Security and Storage Content created by Users is temporarily stored and encrypted on secure servers for processing purposes to enable the User to access it. Content is only stored on secure servers for up to 24 hours from the time it is created, after which time it is immediately and irrevocably deleted. Content may be stored in the User's browser locally on their computer. ## 14. Ownership of Content The User retains ownership of all Content generated using the Service subject to compliance with this Agreement and the laws of the place where the User accesses and uses it. All images are generated by our artificial intelligence Program. Any similarities between the generated Content on this site and real people are entirely coincidental. All AI-generated individuals are adults. ## 15. Cooperation with Law Enforcement UNDRESS AI will cooperate with law enforcement where we have received a valid verified request about a User and we have records (user logs) associated with their conduct that breach any of the terms of this Agreement or our Content Policy. ## 16. Limitation of Liability UNDRESS AI strives to provide a reliable and continuous Service, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or free from errors or defects. The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. UNDRESS AI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. UNDRESS AI is not liable for any delays or reduced performance during the Image generation process due to factors beyond our control such as server load, maintenance, or technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will UNDRESS AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. ## 17. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify and hold UNDRESS AI harmless, our affiliates, licensors, and service providers, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: Your use of and access to the Service; Your breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement; Your violation of any third-party rights; Your violation of any statute, law, rule, or regulation; Any Content that is submitted from your user account; User's willful misconduct; the User's use of the Service that violates the laws of the country where they access and use it; or any illegal acts committed by the User. ## 18. Changes to Terms UNDRESS AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to Users prior to the new terms taking effect. The User's continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms of Service have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service. ## 19. Termination Users may terminate their account at any time by following the instructions in the Program. Termination will not entitle Users to any refund of purchased Gems or continue to receive any benefits associated with our Affiliate Program. Upon termination, the User's right to use the Service ends immediately. ## 20. Restricted Countries UNDRESS AI restricts access to the following countries: Afghanistan, Australia, Burma/Myanmar, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Haiti, North Korea, China, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Iran, Mali, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. ## 21. Jurisdiction and Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the Country where you access and use the Service, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service is also subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. ## 22. Miscellaneous Provisions All provisions of these terms and conditions which by their nature are intended to survive termination, survive termination of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the rights to keep logs of illegal User actions and cooperate with law enforcement on request, rights of ownership of Content created by Users, warranties made by Users, the disclaimers, the indemnity, and the limitations of liability. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and UNDRESS AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter. ## 23.
